Mdc Restructure

McKinney Drilling Company, a leader in the North America drilled shaft industry, announces an internal reorganization of their operations structure. The new structure includes aligning the offices into four geographic regions: North East, Mid-Atlantic, South East, and South Central. Three district managers were promoted to vice presidents to oversee each region’s field and office operations. Each vice president is responsible for the overall growth and management of the offices in their designated region. As part of the restructure, Seaboard Foundation offices in Virginia and Tennessee have been merged into McKinney offices. The Seaboard office in Ft. Worth, Texas will remain open and focus solely on the transmission line market sector.

The new structure will ensure more effective use of resources and industry leading processes and procedures, while promoting each region’s individual growth. Ultimately, the enhanced processes and procedures will improve McKinney’s service to clients.
