Leon holds a Bachelor Engineering (Civil) from Dalhousie University and is a Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta. Starting his career as a Field Engineer, Leon advanced to roles including Project Manager, General Manager and various Vice President roles including overall accountability for regional P/L. He is a board member with Construction Labour Relations Alberta (CLRA) and a Director with the ADSC, Western Chapter. 

Leon joined Keller in early 2022 and is a key member of the Canadian Leadership Team and responsible for the overall management of the Prairie Region for Keller, including strategy development, expansion into new markets, client relationships & organization structure.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Professional Engineer in the province of Saskatchewan. Starting his career as a piling field Engineer more than 15 years ago, Michael advanced to roles including Project Manager, General Manager, and various Management roles, including overall accountability for regional P/L. Michael actively participates in the Saskatchewan Construction scene with the SCA, SIMSA, and the ADSC. 

Michael joined Keller in 2021 and is a key member of the Prairie Leadership Team and responsible for the Saskatchewan Area for Keller, including estimating, project management, operations & client relationships.
